Crown now boasts an all new purpose built, versatile conference and convention facility. Located on the first floor of Crown Promenade Hotel, the stylish Crown Conference Centre can host conferences and meetings for up to 800 guests and can also cater for cocktail parties, dinners, seminars, product launches and exhibitions. 

Promenade Room 
A large pillar-less space with high ceilings and clean lines, the Promenade Room is capable of seating 800 people theatre-style, 300 classroom style and is also ideal for gala dinners, cocktail parties and product launches.

Meeting Rooms
Our 10 well-appointed Meeting Rooms all feature natural light and can be divided to suit a wide range of configurations. Full audiovisual support is available in all Meeting Rooms.

Organisers’ Centre
Crown Conference Centre’s Organisers’ Centre is conveniently located and provides conference organisers with the services they need. The Organisers’ Centre offers secretarial services, internet workstations, photocopying, printing and scanning facilities, a private meeting room and courier services.

Café Sip
Located in the spacious and stylish pre-function area, Café Sip serves coffee, gourmet teas and a variety of delectable sweet treats. It is open upon request.

Meeting Matrix
Crown Conference Centre offers the latest in technology giving conference organisers the ability to view conference room layouts in virtual format. By selecting room type, configuration and theming, Meeting Matrix allows organisers to use the internet to view how their function will look.  Please discuss having your room layouts placed on line with your Conference Manager.
